SERVICE REDO & RETURN POLICIES
I strive to offer my guests the highest level of guest satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut or color, please let me know at raven.law@salonlofts.com, within 7 days of your visit and I will be happy to correct the issue at no additional charge to you. Should you make a retail purchase that you are unsatisfied with, I will accept retail exchanges at full credit for 90 days from the initial purchase.
FUTURE APPOINTMENT CANCELATION POLICY
In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options to my guests, please kindly note that I require 24 hours' notice. Should you cancel after the 24 hour time frame a $25 per service cancelation fee applies and will be due before a new appointment is scheduled.
